OHCC SEWING, ETC.
The purpose of the Sewing Etc. Club is to provide a meeting place for those who wish to use their skills for sewing, knitting, crocheting, hooking, embroidery, cross-stitching, looming, etc - and a forum for those who enjoy sharing their knowledge with others. As a way of giving back, we also work on community and charity items throughout the year.
The community and local charities we support inlcude:
Camp Pendleton,
San Pasqual Academy,
Armed Forces YMCA,
Carlsbad High School,
Tri-City Hospital,
Toys for Tots
These beautiful and unique wallhangings were created by a number of our Sewing, Etc. members. Each one shows the wonderful diversity of talents we enjoy in our club.
These will be hanging in our sewing room for all to enjoy.
